graduated from the University of Alabama (B.A. 1974) and Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (J.D. 1977). Chip is admitted to practice before all of the Federal and State Courts of Alabama.
Chip’s entire legal career, over 30 years, has been focused in the area of Accounts Receivable Collections. He is the Chairman of the Litigation Department at Zarzaur & Schwartz, and is considered by many to be “The Authority” in the fields of Creditor’s
Rights and Accounts Receivable Collections. Chip is often a guest speaker and faculty member at conferences and seminars devoted to these matters.
Chip is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
